The Robson Insurance Agency began serving the needs of Bend, Oregon in 1994. Scott E. Robson started the business with one goal in mind; to build a strong, respected insurance agency that was a trusted name in the community.

From the beginning, TRIA has been about excellent customer service. Scott has dedicated himself and his agency to always have the most up to date information about the insurance industry. In doing so, he is actively involved with insurance legislation as a delegate and he continues to expand his education in commercial, life, and personal lines regulation.

Both Farmers Insurance Companies and The Bulletin have recognized Scott as a leader in life insurance sales. He has received this recognition because he truly believes in the value and necessity life insurance has in protecting one’s family.   

Sarah Gustafson

Sarah is TRIA's resident Client Service Representative.  She is a fully licensed agent with over ten years of experience in customer service, and has been in the insurance industry specifically for the past two.  Her dedication to customer service is truly an asset to the TRIA team.  She's often first on the phone, and quick to handle any questions with knowledge and ease.

Darrin Prickett

Darrin has been with the Robson Insurance Agency since 1999 and has been a personal-lines agent since January of 2000.  He recently expanded into the health and life fields by obtaining that license in January of 2006. 

Darrin will do his best to sit down with each client to fully evaluate their personal insurance needs and explain the selected coverages on the policy.  No one wants to pay for a policy then experience a claim, only to find out that it isn’t covered.  Darrin will help you to avoid that possibility.  He and the staff of TRIA will make sure that all of our customers will walk away feeling secure in the knowledge that we are appropriately handling their insurance needs.    

Chuck Reponen

Chuck specializes in helping people and businesses who care about their insurance programs.  He has been associated with Farmers since 1999, and has been an agent with TRIA since 2001.  Since that time he has developed a number of connections within his community of Redmond, and is the resident TRIA agent for that town.  Chuck is currently involved with a number of community organizations.  As such, he is currently serving on the Board of the Redmond Chamber of Commerce, Board member and past graduate of Leadership Redmond, chair of the Chamber Membership committee, Board Liaison with the Chamber Ambassadors, Membership Chair and Past President of PROS, a professional, Bend-based organization.

Joe Hughes

Joe is the staff property photographer.  Joe inspects and photographs the properties TRIA insures, and has been doing so for over ten years.  He also happily does inspections for outside companies when requested.
